 World Language Minimize

Euclid students have the opportunity to learn Spanish and/or French. Beginning sounds and basic vocabulary are taught. Students learn about holidays, sports, food, family, as well as numbers, days, months, weather, colors, and an introduction to the grammar of the language. They also learn more about the geographical location where the language is spoken, as well as some comparison and contrast that exists among cultures.

Bio: Hola! My name is Jorge Mena.

I am the Spanish teacher and I am very excited about teaching at Euclid Middle School. I was born in Spain and came to this country one summer 10 years ago to learn English. I fell in love with Colorado, its scenery and its people and I consider myself very fortunate to enjoy both cultures, Spanish and American.

If you want to know more about Spain please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.

¡Muchas Gracias!
